“Adopted 5/27/81 through Catholic Charities in Joliet, IL. Catholic Charities searched for my birth mother with no success and gave me non-identifying info only. Records are sealed.”

“Hi. I was born on 7-14-68 at St. Mary's Hospital to an unwed girl who had been residing at St. Anthony Maternity Home. I believe my name on my original birth certificate was Susan A. Gates. I am looking for any birth family.”

“Born 12-18-48 - Miami, FL. Name before adopiton (could have been given by Catholic Charities) Jacqueline Veronica. FL records are sealed. Catholic Charities charges a fee for non-identifying information. Have not pursued any further.”
